Dewey is a five-year-old orange mackerel tabby. While he does inhibit the basic traits of a cat, it would be more fun to refer to his spirit as a dog in a cat’s body. He will run up to greet you at the door, and will always want to be around people. He is a blessing to us mere mortals, and the world will be a worse place when he is gone.

Louise is a very shy, non-hostile cat. She is one whose trust is earned. Even to this day, she might run and hide if one of us approaches her. Dewey and she are almost polar opposites, so in a way, they balance each other out and create a perfect environment.
